Based on ASSP status (Green) no errors, I assume currently, that there
is no sanity checking on IP addresses, ranges, etc.
I fat fingered an IP subnet

I am reporting this to document the issue, but it has a simple solution,
which is don't do that...
I maintain several OS/Perl/ASSP virtuals for testing, with the same set
of live IP addresses, etc. When bringing one online for testing, I
usually copy the /files directory aside.
