Thomas, If the "IP Blocking" tab is open, a change made, and "Apply Changes" clicked, the result is the changes are made, the "IP Blocking" tab is closed, and the "SPAM Control" tab is opened. Might be disorienting for some people. Made me blink, until I confirmed it happened.
