fixed in assp 2.8.2 *SPAM-Eliminator* build 23116:
- the download URL's for the two- and third-level-tld files are changed to
(the download was no longer woring using the old URL's)

I've started seeing the below errors in my logs today. Reviewing
further back, it started on the 23rd.
