Hi there!
We started to lose mail from a contact that hosts their mail at
messagelabs.com in Holland.

been changed to protect the innocent):

Hi There!
Well, I have this in my Sub Set in the lib/CorrectASSPcfg.pm :
$main::delaySameIPorHelo = 5 # number 0 - prevents accessing same storage
for identical connections at the same time

Still, it goes down every now and then.

Hi there!
I now run ASSP version 2.2.2(12145) on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and perl v5.14.2 which
I would belive is the latest I can run.
Due to reaccuring(2-3 times a day) crashes I have made upgrades on everything
(used to run on older Debian and older perl) but ASSP keep on crashing.

Hi there!
Got this line in the logs today:
warning: possible syntax error in 'debugCode' - - Can't find Unicode

What would throw that? (I guess some mail with Cyrillic text in it, but why
the error?)

Hi again!
No Cyrillic near that mail... strange!
There was a base64 encoded .png picture.
Otherwise nothing strange with it.

I sometimes get: ERROR: DKIM check cause an exception - policy syntax error
Might that be because I'm not able to install Crypt::OpenSSL::AES for perl

Hi!
I'm no expert, but if you run a v2.x verion of ASSP I think SPFoverride or
SPFfallback are your friends as long as you know about where them
@verizonwireless.com mails usally should come from.
Then you could create your own SPF record for @verizonwireless.com.

X-Assp-Message/IP-Score: 25 (DNSBL: neutral, 81.92.113.192 listed in

Is the IP neutral according to the DNSBL and should not be given any points

We have tried your v.2.0.1(2.0.19) of ASSP and found bugs in the copy

It will not send the Copy in a right fasion to the MTA.
This happens with both sendAllSpam and the ccSpamInDomain
Example from logs on our MTA(accounts and doamins are changed):
