Doug, if I'm right, you use the ASSP_AFC plugin and 'Detect Spam Attachments' is configured? The following should solve the problem for you: - upgrade assp to 12090 - upgrade the ASSP_AFC to the latest version - upgrade the ASSP_OCR plugin to the latest version if used all available on SF-CVS
