for a long time (from build 12003 to build 12131) I tried to catch the problem,
which caused unexpected shutdown of ASSP.
I think I found the reasons, that lead to crash of ASSP:
- the same incoming E-mails from the same sender are sent from different IPs

We added sending IP (10.0.0.10) on the slave ASSP in acceptAllMail.
BlockReportRequests and requests to resend blocked mail are processed now,
