The out of sync issue happens when the call legs start at different times.
The solution to this is to reverse the two files as the end times are exact.
Merge the files one on each side or a stereo mix,
And then reverse the mix.

It is beneficial to have your SIP PBX accept guest calls but it would be

subscribe to 'tone-tone' service the line would not react to DTMF.
However at the same time many IVR were starting to appear. So you would
use the 'Pulse' setting to dial into the IVR and then switch to 'tone'
