if you already have an iptables config and you just want to make it more
secure, the magic happens in the "if [ $THROTTLE ]" section.
if not, just:
# make-non-na.pl
# vi iptables
## change the MYLAN=10.0.0.0 to whatever you use
## change the RTPRANGE to whatever you have in rtp.conf
# mv iptables.init /etc/init.d/iptables
# /etc/init.d/iptables start
