Yes, please, should I file a PR or can you just make the changes?
Sorry for the trouble, I retired virtualplanet, but I didn't think / didn't
know about the kickstart...

I think I've rebuilt all INDI related packages and pushed
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-b3a422e971 as an update for
Rawhide. It will not go to stable before 14 days, so please test if you can.
As soon as I have free time, I would like to try packaging the whole
Hello folks,
I've started to upgrade the INDI stack, I plan to rebuild all the packages in
'f35-build-side-41183' sidetag.
I've upgraded libindi to 1.9.0 and made a few changes to the specfile. At the
top there are now two options, 'build_qt5_client' and 'build_tests' that are
shortcuts for
I don't have a direct interest in it too, but I need it for phd2 and
indistarter, at least the libindi core package. I can help maintaining libindi
through the astro-sig group, but I don't want to bother with the whole stack.

Good to have you in!
I completely agree with your thoughts.
Let me
Hi all,
I just want to inform you that I've started to build a nebula outlines catalog
based on OpenNGC nebulae filtered by major axis >= 1 arcmin. I've uploaded a
first, small batch of nebulae outlines with a Catgen catalog (text mode) ready
to be imported in Skychart:
I need help from someone more experienced to upgrade package PHD2 to
it's newer version.
The problem is PHD2 bundles some pre-packaged libraries, which I had to
remove when I firstly imported the package in Fedora. In the previous
version (2.6.4) I managed to remove the relevant parts from
I've added in F28 repo and pushed in F27 updates-testing a new package, PHD2,
which is an advanced telescope guiding software.
PHD2 integrates with Ccdciel and Skychart, thus creating a complete ecosystem
for image capturing. I think it would be nice to have these three packages
added to the
Libindi in EPEL7 branch is very outdated and the latest available
version is 1.2.
I've succesfully merged master branch in EPEL7 and made a scratch build
[1]. I simply changed cmake requirements to "cmake3".
Can I go ahead and do an official build? Is there any package dependent
on libindi
I'm preparing a new package, PHD2, for inclusion in Fedora repos.
I've not access to a computerized mount or to a CCD, so I'm asking here if
someone is willing to help testing that the program is working as expected.
You can find it in my COPR

Another possibility would be to create a new catalog. Admittedly a
lot of work, but perhaps something the Galaxy Zoo project would be
willing to take on given the benefits to the astronomical community to
have a quality catalog not hampered by
