We forked babeld and have included an ipc process which allows us to add and
remove interfaces while babeld is running:

The history state on master is a bit of a nightmare, but the
maxb/upstream-fixes branch has all of the sudomesh changes applied as one
commit to
the resulting nanog conversation on detecting wireless bridged ended
up interesting - with several clever techniques proposed - all
probably futile.
