Gilberto: Sure. For many of those characteristics listed I've seen passages of Quran, or hadith, etc. which mention them as well. I don't think Bahais have monopolies on those characteristics. There are ways to cultivate and encourage and facilitate good leaders which don't involve converting to a different religion.
