It was the Beaglebone USB connector.
Touch is currently not calibrated.
But on my WIN10 PC it works fine. Can recommend the display.

it's solved. Hardware, the USB connector.
Was able to solder, now it works fine.
Sometimes there was a second entry with lsusb. Then I found out, it's the
connector, with a little pressure it worked.
Then microscope, solder iron

yes, the board looks similar. Of course I powered with a separate power

Works fine on Windows PC, so it's not defective.
I like it, brilliant colors, wide angle but Beaglebone Black is
ignoring the touch.
