Ok, plugging focus Blue 14 5th Gen Braille display in before turning laptop on helps! It can now type letters! What I cannot find in the Freedom Scientific material is how to navigate the home screen, find apps or utilities and how to activate or close them. I know that sounds pretty

thank you! I had no idea these resources existed! I have tried enabling the Braille Keyboard and that seem to do some thing so that it recognised a tab command on the keyboard but then that stopped doing anything and I'm not sure why The list of command from Freedom Scientific is quite complex
