chance to spoil the beer with bad hygiene. Clean them kegs well, and
sanitize with somethign effective, and you will be sure to get

. Even one made the same day helps a bit.
Just boil and cool some malt extract (or even sugar, if you don't have
extract) and add to the rehydrated yeast.
Be hysterical about cleanliness when working with the yeast, and I am
sure you will make

am also the only beer-drinking person in my household - living alone
as I do - and still I am pretty happy about having a Cornelius system.
No more washing of bottles... Just open the tap and out comes
