software projects, most of the initiative must be done by the
contributor. Please find something that interests you in the project,

I'm interested in contributing to the GNU inetutils project as a developer.
I have over 12 years experience as a programmer, mostly in various unices
and C.
I have written networking code including code around TCP/IP. I'm sure I can
learn IPV6.

Inetutils, like the rest of the GNU project is based on voluenteers,
the best way to help is to simply start using the programs in
question, and see what one dislikes, fix it and send a patch.
