Hi, Here's one recipe that I like a lot. Onion Salad with honey (Preparation: 10 minutes) 3 red onions finely chopped black olives --Salad dressing-- 1 tablespoon of honey pepper salt olive oil vinegar Mix together into a small bowl or jug honey, olive oil, salt, pepper to make the salad dressing. Pour over the onions and toss well. Let it marinate for 1 hour and add olives. From the book: La Nostra Cuina, page 62.
