As best I know, there's a functioning alpha-test version of the Android
eBird app that just appeared yesterday. So a beta test version is probably a
small number of weeks away, and a publically released version some larger
number of weeks (very small number of months?) away. Apologies
As of 20 minutes ago, at least one Snow Bunting persists on Mt. Pleasant...it
and maybe a second were in a ditch in the shade and may have been taking a
drink. Also 5 Horned Larks opposite the observatory, one of which was duly
chased by a Merlin...damn, those little falcons are FAST!

Does anyone happen to know when the eBird mobile app will be available for
Android devices? I was introduced to it on an iphone a few days ago and
loved it, but have an LG phone.

Hi everyone,
I thought I’d chime in with a few reasons why this teal is a hybrid. I have
only seen photos of this bird, but do spend a fair amount of time looking at
ducks particularly in transitional plumage. There are several features that
simply aren’t ever shown by Cinnamon Teal and are
