We saw three, maybe four on Lake Road near the Long Point Winery this evening
after a snow squall.

There were three Tundra Swans just off Myer's Point this morning among a large
group of Canada Geese, likely a family group (2 adult and one juvenile).

Returning from grocery shopping just now, I did some birding on the fly:
Checked out a large raft of ducks I saw while hurtling down Rt 13: turned out
to be mixed Aytha. From southeast of East Shore Park, I identified Canvasback
and Redhead, but there may have been other species too. Several
In yesterday's snowstorm I heard and then saw 18 Tundra Swans flying quite
low, traveling northwest over Boiceville Rd in Brooktondale. It looked like
they were seeking shelter in the storm and could possibly have ended up in
southern Cayuga Lake.
