*Birds of Europe, 2nd edition* is also known as the *Collins Bird Guide, 2nd edition* when published by HarperCollinsUK. The 3rd edition is coming out in hardcover Sept. 2022, with the paperback following in March 2023, but in Europe, I'm not seeing the 3rd edition in PUP's spring catalog listing
