Hi,
I noticed that too when I read that DocCD about PE-CE routing.
No need to run LDP on CE-PE link. CE config is just traditional routing and no
need to know about Label.

Hi Cedric,
I failed my 1st attempt last week.
Because of the pressure and time, not much time to look for DocCD. Especially,
no time to use Doc CD in troubleshooting time. We got only 10min+ for each
question. Suggest you to master the Core section(L2/L3) to advance topic(Qos,
Multicast), etc
Agreed. My first attempt was not successful. I tried on 23 Feb.
2hr Troubleshooting was really tough and speed is important, check all show
results for 6 to 8 routers in single question to find out the issue within 10
min.

Phyo

Hi,
What I noticed is from #show ip eigrp interface //there's change in pacing
time.
So, before you change, note down the value first, verify with the result after
you've changed. I know that way only.
Here's 100M FE interface , default BW% result

For me, I'm using binary method AND/OR between address list. AND is address to

General wildcard are ok. Just minus from 255. 255.255.255.240 mask is 255-240

Hi,
Normally, we cannot configure /32 IP on the PPP multilink. Atlease /31 need to
configure.
But if use ip unnumber to loopback interface which has /32 IP, then this PPP
multilink interface will get the /32 IP.
Let say R1 loopback is 1.1.1.1/32 and R2 loopback is 3.3.3.3/32 , R1 and R2

Yep, PPP by default always installs the neighbor route as a /32 network so that
is how a situation like this will function.

Hi All,
Have someone tried manual DHCP binding on GNS3? I tired a few options and its
not work. I'm not sure its because of GNS3. I think it can work on real router.
Or If something I left to configure. I refer the cisco doc and tried a few
option and still not work. Even I tried with setting

Hi Bayan,
In 2950, the IP is only for mangement.
Vlan is Vlan, not to confuse with Vlan interface which is used for mangement
only in L2 Sw. You cannot do intervlan routing within 2950. You need trunk to
L3 device/router to do it.
You don't even need IP address to use 2950 Sw and Vlan. You can
Hi All,
I faced the same too when I do NTP lab. It takes very long to Syn but sometime
fast. No idea why fast and why slow.
Not much difference on GNS3 lab and Proctor Lab too.
From command reference guide, there's burst Keyword with ntp peer/ ntp server.
Not sure it will make any difference

Here's site you can find. A lot of general networking notes there too.
