Hi, I updated the firmware to 1.1a (from 1.0d). Same problem. I checked some older DVDs I wrote and there are a couple of Sankey DVD-R that give the same media info, but don't show this error. Tried with older dvd+rw-tools which I used at that time, same error. One thing left to do : try

This is formally impossible state, blank DVD-RW in Sequential mode with lead-out at less than 4.7GB... It's possible that the media are faulty. cdrecord-pro and Nero don't like them much either. But I have the same problem with normal DVD-R's that cdrecord-pro and Nero write perfectly fine.
