but the Chicken code doesn't.

Hi everyone,
I want to read input from a file that contains accented characters in its
name, and Chicken says that it can't open the file. The source code is
saved in a UTF-8 encoded text file.

I wanted to try out printing some utf8 text to the console, but I ran into
some issues. This is my program:
(import utf8)
(print "őŐűŰ")
And when I run it on the command line with
csi test-utf.scm
then I get this output:
