Hello all,
Removed the Bomar hatches from my 1985 33ii today and it went swimmingly
until I encountered a puzzle How to remove the latches from the
foredeck hatch? The outer handle appears to be staked in place with a
roll pin in a blind hole, and the interior handle appears to be fixed

Assuming your Mk1 has double lower shrouds, here are the "super secret"
Loos numbers as % of breaking strength I use on my 35 Mk1.
Uppers 21%
Fwd lowers 14%
Aft lowers 5.5%
I give you % breaking strength
