I found a couple of cast stainless drains with a cast in 90 * 3/4in hose barb. Both of my  shower pans have  non existent access from below. I attached a 3/4 hose to the barbed end fed it through the pan hole to the sump pump. Sealed and screwed the drain in place, been working for 4 years now.
