It might have to do with how ablative it is - I am using Petit Odyssey Trinidad, which is considered ablative, but tough enough to take a mild pressure washing and still be good. I would say if they let you do the pressure washing, you can see how it is going. Bill Coleman Entrada, Erie PA On
