The way this saga started was that my starboard nav light bulb burnt out. So I

The Perko 0963 horizontal mount lights are no longer in production. Perko
does sell the lenses. Their website says contact them about legacy
products.
There are still complete lights out there. Google "Perko 0963".
At the suggestion of someone on this list, I replaced all my lights with LED’s
from Marinebeam (https://store.marinebeam.com). I thought they were well
constructed and would last longer then the Perko's that had failed. Dave
