Hi
The Ash-throated Flycatcher was seen two hours ago. From the Prairie Loop
parking area, after crossing the bridge over Cotton Wood Creek, several hundred
yards along the path the bird was seen and heard in the tall trees left of the
path
Also from Prairie Loop a Plumbeous Vireo was seen
Lillian's Eastern Meadowlark singing territorially northeast of Bud Mielke
reservoir in Loveland this morning. No tapes please as it is likely trying to
breed here. I'll post recording of song and call to eBird tonight. Bobolink
also present. Access on closed county road by foot, south of
Male Blackburnian near flood control structure at south end of Prospect Ponds
in Fort Collins. Pretty birdy here generally, too.

In Longmont. Yesterday morning I saw one and today saw two together. They were
by the bridge next to the large waterfall east of the creek on the north side.
Also the blackpoll warbler continues along the creek east of the same bridge.
I did not see the Tennessee warbler today but he was here
Just found a bright male American Redstart along Boulder Creek by the track at
CU east campus. Good activity and variety on a cool humid morning after
downpours late yesterday.

I know I’m the only one up at 230am. I just stuck my head outside to check the
weather before I get on the bike for some all day birding by bike. Constant
Swainsons thrush calls in the 5 min I was outside. With the storms passed and
winds shifting to WSW, birds are moving!
That was the best
