Actually, I have an even better option from OCLC: Web Site for Small Libraries (WSSL) http://experimental.worldcat.org/lib/ It is really aimed at very small libraries, so it is very easy to use but still has some basic circulation capabilities. It's in free trial mode now, so take a look and see
