[SPARK-41047][SQL] Improve docs for round
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The pr aims to improve docs for round.
### Why are the changes needed?
Reduce user misunderstanding.
It is not necessary to enumerate the usage of legacy in the example.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Pass GA.
Manual check.
