{{TestAdlContractRenameLive.testRenameFileUnderFile}} raises an
AccessControlException when you try to rename something under a file.
Failure is a good outcome, though rename() normally likes to fail silently with
an error code of "false" in such a situation
Options:
# catch the specific exception, look for the text "Forbidden. Parent path is
not a folder." and downgrade to a fail.
# declare this is a valid outcome, override the test case to expect it.
