Last night it just keep charging. It was on 100%, so I just unplug it.

there was literki which was a similar approach and I loved it.
However, there was some illume bug that prevented to open any
application in fullscreen. Thats why I stopped using it. So if u
manage to overcome that issues I would be pleased to use that :p

With xcompmgr and transset you can make any window transparent. This

I tried illume2 when it first came out and it shows promise but was
quite broken - keyboard issues and window nesting(wrong/lost focus)
amongst various things so it was suggested not to use it. There have
been a lot of updates since then so I am not sure of current status
(shr-t or shr-u)
