One bug report for the theme, I've got GUI corruption on the keyboard. The
button on the upper right that selects which keyboard to use has some sort
of mess on it. It's only on that button. That's the only problem I've
spotted so far. Great theme!

Ugh, this isn't over yet. It's still locking up as soon as it starts playing
a song. Plays to the end of the track (because mplayer is a separate
process) but doesn't continue after that. Intone has to be killed, but I
noticed that it's eating up 10-20% CPU as long as it's running, causing my

anyone is interested, this wasn't an intone problem after all. It appears
the filesystem is corrupted on my card, and one of my music folders is a
subdirectory of itself.

Yeah, some genius decided all the E libs needed to change names with every
release or something. The libs are going to be at
/usr/lib/libewhatever-ver-pre-svn-0.1.so.0 or something like that, just

OK, so that tells me that it's a known problem that no-one is doing anything
about until 1.0? That doesn't help me much. I know I can make symlinks, but

I just updated liblightmediascanner0 (already had libvorbis) and rebooted
(though I doubt it was necessary) and it still doesn't see my OGGs, which
are in ~/Music. I also can't find any way to actually tell the thing where
to look for my music. I also reset the database and refreshed all, but to
else I can do.
Yeah, I just re-updated/upgraded and it found a new liblightmediascanner. :)

That carman app looks pretty sweet. Can anyone port it to the FR? Also, does
it have a routing engine? I didn't see that specifically in their site, but

Yeah, I would like a quick and easy app to hotswap. I currently shut down
the modem from SHR Settings, and then swap and turn it back on. But an icon
on the desktop that shuts it down, waits 15 seconds, then turns it on again
would be great. Or maybe an actual GUI to manually turn it on or off.
If you do implement this in Intone (I see the merits of having it as a
system-wide option, but then, how many apps are playing sound at one time?),
beware that if the bluetooth headset refuses to pair, or if the bluetooth
chip is turned off, mplayer freezes and Intone does too. I have to kill them

I would like to know which hardware revision my phone has. I'm sure this has
been explained again and again, and I'm sorry to keep beating the dead
horse, but I still don't know what revision I have. I'm pretty sure it's
before A7, but is it A5 or A6?...
1. OM phones and their software are completely open source, so they can be
hacked but not like motorolas. You can edit the source codes and complie as
you see fit.
2. Android doesn't work completely; Qt Extended Improved as I believe it's
called now works about as well as anything else AFAIK. I

Opkg is an epic imbecile among package managers. I think it's complaining
because the package file you're installing has a different MD5 hash than the
one in the repos (no kidding?). I don't think there's a force override for
this, you just have to install it manually.
Run:
ar x file.ipk
and then
calls (in my case, during classes). I use SHR, so it would need to be
FSO-friendly. Anyone feel up to the task, or perhaps even know of a app that
already does this? I think it would be really useful for a lot of people.

Yeah, I know the PS3 has very little RAM, but it's extremely fast RAM is it

I believe both are words.
It is my understanding that you can have single precision floating point
numbers (float) or double precision (double), and integer values are simply
ints. I could be wrong though. It did happen once before. ;)

I just read the instructions on recalibrating gravity (thanks, I needed that
feature!!) and it seems to be saying you can run it without any gravity
calibration... How does that work? Does it recalibrate every time the game
starts, only for that session of the game?
...And as to non-blanking, SHR-unstable is an FSO distro, is it not? But

Quick bug report: if I hit the release button while the phone is ringing, so
as to reject the call without answering it, then notifier still pops up

I don't think it's wise to use the accelerometers as a way to tell whether
the phone is used or not. Other things, such as the GSM chip or touchscreen,
only signal activity when there actually is activity; the accelerometers are
always sending data and that would have to be processed constantly to

accelerometer input when only one needs to be? I would think you could
assume that while I'm playing mokomaze, I don't want the screen to blank. I
just don't see it as useful to make frameworkd poll the accelerometers and

Not sure if it means anything, but I used compositing on my phone (I had the
translucent QWO for a while) and it seemed to work just fine. I use
SHR-unstable, BTW. Not sure what GUI server it uses, but I'm sure it's
fairly recent. :)

Yeah, I have a real TI-86. I'm more interested in the TI-89 platinum
emulator. I've compiled TIEMU on my laptop and tested it, and it works quite
well... I just can't compile for the FR.

I have no idea how, I just know that pretty much every phone in the USA
syncs time from the network. They also change timezones automatically.
