Doing what you did, I get a similar result except I can ping out.
One thing necessary is a nameserver, but also iptables probably.
file /etc/resolv.conf in the Neo or Freerunner whould read
nameserver 192.168.0.200
and in the PC I run dnsmasq as the nameserver.
