upped the version of the cygwin.dll to the latest. During the
debugging, Markus' got it working and the original hypothesis was that
the latest version of Cygwin gave us the fix so I upgraded. As you can

Just to let you know: the Pachi game will for sure take place, but the mogo
game might be replaced by some unofficial experiments kindly accepted by the
pros (but we will not report this as it's unofficial and a last-minute

I can confirm that NeuroGo is running well for me after Markus's fix. That
is a big help, because NeuroGo provides a different playing style, and it is
faster than GnuGo and almost as strong.
Regarding MoGo crashing: on my system I can get 200 consecutive games from
Mogo, but not 400. But if the
