I will run menudrake so it creates the dups and then send you the contents of
/etc/menu.

Okay. This was an upgrade from 9.1. Could somehow the leftover configuration
from 9.1 be causing a problem.
I will do a fresh install of 9.2 the upgrade to Cooker

I should also say that I was editing the system menu as root when I experienced
this.
