outlines the concern of delivering arbitrary data from an authenticated
domain.
I believe GitHub moved its "raw" output to a separate domain for the same
reason, e.g.

Yeah, I wish they just had a ?format=raw instead, I don't get why they
don't implement the most obvious option. Seems like they're not

to tell someone who needs this blob "just click this link to download
