Have the address of your location posted in a prominent location (or
several). With more and more people using cellphones to call 911, the
address tracing can be unreliable at best. We had an incident at our gym
when the owner was not on the premises, and nobody could remember the
street address
The naming thing is proving to be a big challenge for us, too, but now at
least we have a fun dinner-party story to go along with the challenge.
The building's address is #81.
We were going to call it Cowork81, and decorate with photos of the number 81
in various forms.
Then we found out
their last pullup,
cheering him on and encouraging him.
So how can these things be applied in the coworking environment? Can they?
Maybe Im way off base, but I feel the germ of an idea here -- I just don't
have enough coworking experience to be able to apply the lessons learned.
Thanks,
Ann
Alex,
With almost 150 members, I would guess that there may almost always be
someone on site. Is that the case?
Though our space is not open yet, we are going back and forth on this idea.
The real value in an automated system for us is that as a startup, we won't
have many members for awhile. So
out if there is need for it in the community.

Hi
My gym uses MindBodyOnline, and it seems to work well -- but I only see it
from the customer's end, so I'm not sure what the backend looks like.
I hadn't thought about it using it for coworking member management, but I
will keep it in mind as we go forward with plans for our space.

that you and your other founders have an already-demonstrated commitment to
your community. That may be helpful to us as well, going forward, as we are
hoping that our mayor and governmental officials will see the benefit of a
coworking space in our city.

Thanks, PK - they are on my list, so I'm thrilled that you can vouch for
them. That makes a huge difference.
We did take a look at the Ikea office chairs, and felt that the ones that
were comfortable and ergonomic enough were either too big or too small, and
not inexpensive.
We've got some time,
at something. Opportunities

Thanks to all for your advice re: chairs. I've located a few office
