Unable to get sound to work in the installer as well as a live environment

debian-accessibility@lists.debian.org Dear Debian accessibility team, I am unable to get sound to work with debian. I have tried the firmware-10.9.0-amd64-netinst.iso however, there is no sound. The debian wiki suggests that beeps should be heard when the installer appears (however they do not).

Sorry to chime in here, but do any of The CDs use BRLTTY 6.3. Also another thing which has been on my mind, why can't orca be integrated into the debian installer (obviously not for the netinst ISOs) Regards
