As far as I can tell it seems that the kernel upstream patch I was reporting
about resolves this bug.
I have tested the patch on our 2.6.32 for several days without any problem.
I'm reasigning the bug to the kernel package as the problem is within

system account, but when the postinst does so, it creates an account
