Not that it matters much, but why are some kernel filesystems (fuse*,
selinuxfs and xenfs) considered local, and most others (devpts, usbfs,
sysfs etc.)

yes, explicitly disabled in the package, for a limited time. If you keep this
warning enabled, it will result in too many build failures.

This is because IPv6 support only works if libio-socket-inet6-perl
is installed. Patch attached to unconditionally depend on this.

I might have hit the same bug. If I try to report a bug against
iceweasel reportbug crashes every time after I have entered the severity
of the bug with:
