It seesm to me that it would be a great addition for autodeb (and Debian) to

I confirm this bug is fixed upstream. However, this version requires
salmon 0.9 which is not yet uploaded due to unrelated build problems.
So I'm closing the bug in changelog in Git but the actual upload will

Since this package has rdeps and there seemed to be no maintainer response I
decided to take a look.
The good news is I got it building, the bad news is that in order to do so I
had to disable vdpau support. It seems that struct vdpau_render_state has
disappeared
