There's only a single usage of RQRCode in app/views/twofa/totp/_new.html.erb
which seems to be compatible with the current API.

I've submitted a merge request [1].
unit-test-p3 runs python3 -Wdefaults -m unittest had been picking up
no tests. With Python 3.12 unittest picking up no tests is flagged as
a failure [2]. It might be worth commenting out unit-test-p3 until we
investigate and conclude on why no tests are picked
