When additional networks are configured in Vagrantfile, this can
result in Vagrant boxes randomly failing while bringing them up. Issue
occurs both with debian/jessie64 and debian/contrib-jessie64.

At the moment in Debian Jessie (stable) it is not possible to use
systemctl is-enabled command with SysV-style init scripts.
A large portion of Debian Jessie packages unfortunately still provide
only the SysV-style init
. In such a case, what would be the best
way to discuss the proposed patches - issue tracker or there is some
sort of mailing list?
From what I can tell, the main difficulty comes from certain packages
providing both the init script and systemd service files.

I have just stumbled upon this while preparing to upgrade from my
Wheezy installations to Jessie when installing the Pyhton MySQL driver
via pip (pip install MySQL-python).
My guess is that more people will face this as they start upgrading.
Adding manually the symlink mentioned already solves
