Hello Daniel, I tired to compile the latest version of libgpg-error (1.26) with powerpc toochain but still got the same error. Please see attached compile log and make environment
The problem comes with powerpc toolchain it seems. With MIPS toolchain it is getting cross - compiled easily. I don't have a native compiler on-board target hence won't be able to provide lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h regards, Deepak Gaur On Wed, 18 Jan 2017 11:37:14 -0500, Daniel Kahn Gillmor wrote Hi Deepak-- On Tue 2015-06-23 07:20:57 -0400, Deepak wrote: > While trying to cross compile libgpg-error 1.19 for powerpc target GCC 4.7.4 > glibc 2.19 got following error […] > Platform: powerpc-83xx-linux-gnu […] > if test -f lock-obj-pub.native.h; then rm lock-obj-pub.native.h; fi > ../mkheader linux-gnu powerpc-83xx-linux-gnu ./gpg-error.h.in \ > ../config.h 1.19 0x011300 >gpg-error.h > ../gpg-error.h.in:320: error including `./syscfg/lock-obj-pub.linux-gnu.h': > No such file or directory > make[2]: *** [gpg-error.h] Error 1 > make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/temp/libgpg-error-1.19/src' > make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 > make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/temp/libgpg-error-1.19' > make: *** [all] Error 2 Can you try this rebuild again? sorry for the blast from the past :) If it fails, is it possible to do a native build once on that platform and send a copy of src/syscfg/lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h to this bug report?
