Hello Daniel,

I tired to compile the latest version of libgpg-error (1.26) with powerpc 
toochain but still got the same error. Please
see attached compile log and make environment

The problem comes with powerpc toolchain it seems. With MIPS toolchain it is 
getting cross - compiled easily. I don't
have a native compiler on-board target hence won't be able to provide 
lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h

 Can you try this rebuild again?  sorry for the blast from the past :)

 If it fails, is it possible to do a native build once on that platform 
 and send a copy of src/syscfg/lock-obj-pub.powerpc-*.h to this bug 
 report?
