I've resolved this issue by following the instructions given here:
https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/8193
that is: remove/reinstall all pipewire, pulseaudio and pavucontrol packages

I resolved my problem by declaring eth0 interface with the following
lines in /etc/network/interfaces
auto eth0

sorry for the late answer. I expected an email notice
from the bug tracking system and this notice never
came! I have extracted a piece of the log file you asked for
when wicd connects and reconnects. I have checked that
the same thing
