I only needed to downgrade mysql-client-5.1, mysql-server-5.1 and

This bug was closed becouse was not well explained. Dbus restart is needed to
run wicd-client, after every system boot.
Change the order in wich the services begin, by hand, solves the problem. This
is not in the README.Debian.
