I have a fork of this package source with latest upstream version

* Compile libgphoto2 package, install it.
* Compile gvfs package and install it.
I had to recompile gvfs to make sure it was using my new libgphoto2
library, and I couldn't just rebuild the debian version (1.16.3-1),
because it fails.
