I chose to raise the severity to important, according to the list
reportbug gives me (see below). This bug's major effect on the usability of
packages that rely on it are that it *breaks* them:
After playing around with more parameters that could isolate or remedy
the problem, I found out that, by coincidence, aqbanking-tools stopped
working with my bank the same time that this gnome-keyring bug
occurred.
So at least for aqbanking-tools, gnome-keyring doesn't break it.

As a result of a misunderstanding in #debian.de, I updated the German
