Thanks for your patch. Now we have code for two possible solutions to
our problem.
Ideally the logo URL is not hardcoded but extracted from the attribution
response. If the service changes the URL the code doesn't need changing.
Is it possible to implement that in your patch?

After a little inspection i found the cause of this BUG:
The Debian package-build eliminates an icon mandatory for the template-system.
images/styles/standard/waypoint/pin.png
This icon is mandatory since this change
the libxfce4util4 from wheezy, but in some way
that's not what i call a root cause analysis.

on port 5433.
osm2pgsql tries to connect on port 5432 and fails.
Wrote a little patch which solves the problem for me:

Actually the bug report is against package version 0.141-1. But I have to use
this version in order to
use my system. In the package 0.141-1 the program /sbin/udevsettle is missung.
During boot my system
It appears that the SHOW MASTER LOGS; prints also the filesize of the binlogs
into the tempfile.
And since the whole line is used as the filename for the PURGE, the server
discards the command as it can not find the file.
Therefor we just use the first column as filename.
