Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
Disable DNS server in PPTP settings is effectless. Pushed DNS server are always
written in /etc/resolv.conf potentially breaking DNS resolution.
This bug on launchpad seem related to the same problem:
I backported ubuntu patch (
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/utopic/bcmwl/utopic/view/head:/debian/patches/0012-add-support-for-Linux-3.15.patch
)
It works for me.

I've the same problem with my notebook (intel 945) but I can't reproduce this
bug on another notebook with a radeon x600 (free drivers, not fglrx). On the
second computer everythings works well
I've a similar(?) problem...

I can confirm this bug.
I've an identical issue with an Ubuntu partition, downgrading os-prober to
1.35 but this problem persist.
I think that os-prober is not the problem because running update-grub2 in
the stdout I can see the correct entries but the grub.cfg is wrongly
generated.
I've just upgraded my sid and after a reboot I encountered this problem..
In order to boot I must replace the search --fs-uuid line with
insmod linux
I've also another problem, parameters with a space or in to quotes are
badly interpreted by grub2:
For example I've some problem with my ACPI
